NXT GEN - Programs to take you to the next level
SPORT-SPECIFIC TRAINING. These training programs follow our proven training philosophies, but provide more specific modalities needed to perform at a top level in your desired sport.
NXT GEN Performance Academy - Ages 7-9 Foundation Phase: Designed to introduce all components of athletic training in a positive learning environment. Drills and applications are used to teach skills, while keeping athletes attentive and maximizing effort. Athletes should come away from this program with improved athleticism and a positive attitude toward training.
NXT GEN Performance Academy - Ages 10-11 Transition Phase: This program is designed to take advantage of the growth spurt and natural changes of an athlete’s body. We focus on change of direction, acceleration, and power training. We work on developing flexibility to combat physical growth issues, as well as enhancing speed, strength, power, agility & stamina.

Designed for every level of athlete from any sport, athletes will work to improve their speed, quickness, agility and overall athleticism. Campers will learn new skills and have a blast in a fun-packed environment with games, instruction and recreation. Whether you play on a field, track, court or ice, athletes will finish the week a faster and quicker athlete for their sport.
